Our customers and community members know they can rely on us to be the total source of home building supplies and solutions with legendary customer service and quality products.Job title: Lumber Director of OperationsSalary: Starting at $123k to $145k Depending on experience + Profit Sharing and Performance BonusSchedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pmLocation: Hillsboro, OregonThe primary duty of a Lumber Director of Operations is to interact regularly with General Managers, Assistant Managers, and other Directors serving as a leader,coach, mentor, and conduit of information ensuring the continuity of day-to-day operations for multiple locations within the organization. The Lumber Director of Operations is responsible for managing, directing, and implementing operational strategies and objectives to help ensure yard goals are achieved. In addition, the Lumber Director of Operations is responsible for helping to lead and grow the next level of leaders for PARR.The Lumber Director of Operations is also responsible for ensuring that PARR's Mission/Vision/Values remain a priority and focus of all daily yard operations.The Lumber Director of Operations regularly interacts with the Yard Managers and Assistant Managers in their region.
