You will play a key role in documentation, coordination, and production support while continuing to grow your technical skillset within the structural group.\n\nPrepare and revise structural drawings using AutoCAD 2D for residential and light civil projects\n\nAssist in developing plan sets for production housing, including foundations, framing plans, and details\n\nSupport drafting for retaining walls, small site structures, and related components\n\nCollaborate with engineers and designers to incorporate markups and revisions into construction documents\n\nUtilize Revit to support modeling and documentation efforts\n\nMaintain drawing standards and ensure consistency across project types\n\nCoordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate deliverables\n\nAssist with basic quantity takeoffs and document organization as needed\n\nRequirements:\n\nBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field\n\nTypically, 1–4+ years of Structural design experience\n\nProficiency in AutoCAD 2D preferred\n\nFamiliarity with Revit is required\n\nExperience with residential construction (production homes, custom homes, remodels) strongly preferred\n\nStrong attention to detail and ability to follow redlines and direction from engineers\n\nGood organizational and communication skills\n\nAbility to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment\n\nWhat We Offer:\nWe are targeting a base salary of $65,000 to $75,000, but is determined by several factors including education, experience, and a history of working in the Denver metro area.\n\nMedical insurance, including an HSA option\n\nVision insurance\n\nEmployer-paid life insurance\n\nSTD & LTD\n\nA minimum of 15 days PTO, and higher for more experienced employees\n\n401k match of 4%\n\nOne full day of paid VTO (Volunteer Time Off) annually\n\nRoth 401K option\n\nAnnual company ski day and summer picnic\n\nFlexible hours\n\nIn many cases, our roles can be worked in a hybrid capacity\n\nMonthly employee celebrations (with free lunch!)\n\nThe opportunity to touch every aspect of a project, from beginning to end\n\nFree snacks\n\nWeekly volleyball league in the Summer and bowling in the Winter\n\nCompany-owned bar in the parking lot of the Denver office\n\nRelaxed dress code\n\nEntrepreneurial mindset – If you have an idea, we want you to pursue it!\n\nEVstudio is an equal-opportunity employer and values diversity at our company.
