The ideal candidate will contribute throughout the full software development lifecycle, delivering secure, scalable solutions while partnering with technical and business stakeholders.\nRequired Qualifications of the .NET Full Stack Developer:\nApplicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.\n7+ years of experience designing and developing medium- to large-scale applications using the Microsoft .NET technology stack.\n5+ years of experience developing data-driven applications using Microsoft SQL Server.\n5+ years of experience building secure, scalable web applications utilizing multi-tier or N-tier architecture.\n2+ years of hands-on experience developing applications with Angular.\nStrong experience with C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, .NET Core, MVC, Web API, and RESTful services.\nExperience with object-oriented design principles, source control, testing, and application deployment.\nAbility to independently troubleshoot, debug, and deliver high-quality software solutions.\nStrong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills within a team-oriented development environment.\nPreferred Skills/Experience of the .NET Full Stack Developer:\nExperience supporting eligibility, case management, or other large-scale public sector applications.\nFamiliarity with Agile software development methodologies.\nMicrosoft development-related certifications.\nExperience with PrimeNG, jQuery, Team Foundation Server (TFS), or comparable development tools.\nResponsibilities of the .NET Full Stack Developer:\nDesign, develop, test, and maintain enterprise web applications using Microsoft technologies.\nDevelop secure, scalable APIs and application components that support complex business processes.\nCollaborate with developers, technical leads, and business stakeholders to define and implement technical solutions.\nPerform code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and production support activities.\nContribute to software architecture, system performance improvements, and development best practices.\nMentor junior developers while supporting continuous improvement across the development team.\nWork Location Hybrid schedule requiring three (3) days onsite each week.
