Utilizing skills and experience, this person will work with peers on the Corporate IT team to design, test, build and promote to production our IT systems, including network, storage, compute, communication and collaboration services across our on-premise, co-location data centers, and cloud-based environments.\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nResponsible for the design, build and support of corporate networks, servers, storage, telephony and systems\nImplement observable, secure and fault-tolerant solutions\nProvide technical leadership, support and direction across multiple teams and domains\nServe as an internal escalation point for day to day operations\nPlan and execute projects across the infrastructure landscape\nLead and participate in infrastructure and systems and application projects\nDevice lifecycle support – Vulnerabilitiy remediation, firmware upgrades, decommission, Document\nMentor less senior staff\nVendor management and interaction for hardware, software, and service troubleshooting and resolution\nHelp define and execute the strategy for infrastructure and systems across the enterprise\nSupport global operations for remote, manufacturing and iRhythm Office based workforces\nWhat You Need for this Position\nSelf-sufficient, self-managed, self-motivated, must be effective working independently.\nA service-oriented mindset with a focus on creating value for our internal customers and business partners.\nHigh energy and ability to work independently in a very fast growth environment.\nDiscipline to document your work required.\nAbility to work with a project oriented approach for deliverables.\nWork schedule flexibility required as some work must be completed after business hours.\nExperience interfacing with and managing vendors and managed service providers.\nExperience operating in a 24x7 international company (US & EMEA)\nExcellent interaction and communication skills; ability to communicate (both written and verbal) clearly and concisely.\nPrevious experience in healthcare, life-science, pharma or bio company a plus.\nExperience working in a SOX regulated company a must.\nTechnical:\n>8 years of hands engineering experience with enterprise local and wide area networks, servers and storage systems\nHands-on experience with Palo Alto, Cisco, Juniper Equipment and software\nStrong experience deploying and administering firewalls, switches and wireless infrastructure (Physical and Virtual).\nExtensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Server operating Systems & Active Directory.\nStrong experience with cloud compute and storage (AWS and Azure) with cloud first approach.\nPrevious experience developing disaster recovery and business continuity solutions.\nExperience with Microsoft collaboration suite (Office 365 Mail, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).\nExperience with patch deployment required.\nExperience with network and systems monitoring a plus.\nExperience with ITIL a plus.\nExperience with Linux a plus.\nEducation and Certifications\nMinimum AA degree in Information Systems, related field, or equivalent experience\nCisco Certification a plus\nAWS/Azure Certifications a plus\nNetworking certifications preferred\nLocation:\nRemote - US\nActual compensation may vary depending on job-related factors including knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.\nEstimated Pay Range\n$99,000.00 - $129,000.00\nAs a part of our core values, we ensure an inclusive workforce.
