We have an immediate need for a highly skilled senior leveled DevSecOps Engineer to support federal programs hosted on AWS GovCloud. This hybrid role requires expertise in DevSecOps best practices, cloud automation, security compliance, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) to enhance the security, scalability, and efficiency of mission-critical applications.\nImmediate need for a DevSecOps Engineer to support the Defense Logistics Agency, API Gateway Program. The Senior DevSecOps Engineer will be one of the technical experts for Ansible ecosystem & DevOps practices within the organization, providing solutions and technical implementation aligned with the automation program objectives. This team member will develop Ansible artifacts, troubleshoot issues and work on implementing configuration management roadmap of the organization.\nResponsibilities\nUnderstand and remediate complex issues and topologies of large enterprises\nDevelop Ansible playbooks, roles, and modules\nDefine and setup the process for managing Ops developed playbooks\nAdminister Ansible infrastructure, perform maintenance and configuration and provide SME level support.\nAuto configuration of standalone or cluster for middleware and database infrastructures, including the provisioning of Middleware and Database components after system builds.\nGenerate auto start/stop scripts, auto registration to load balancers, creation / cloning of database schemas using Ansible.\nGeneralize the ops playbooks for other environments and feedback / handover to the Platform Solutions team (where appropriate).\nProvide advice and recommendation to improve the standards and policies (naming and organization conventions, etc) for the platform environment.\nProvide technical support to IT ops around automation solution usage\nProvide assistant to the DevOps team to develop, configure and administer overall DevOps and IT automation solutions.\nAWS GovCloud Architecture & Management: Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable, and compliant AWS GovCloud environments for DoD applications.\nSecurity & Compliance: Ensure adherence to DoD cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST 800-171, NIST 800-53, RMF, FedRAMP, Zero Trust).
