The People & Culture Administrative Coordinator is responsible for maintaining confidential employee information, monitoring workflows, coordinating documentation, and supporting the efficient execution of People & Culture processes throughout the organization.\r\nThe ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, service-focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.\r\nEssential Functions Employee Records & Administration\r\nMaintain employee personnel files and electronic employee records.\r\nProcess employee data changes including transfers, promotions, compensation changes, manager changes, leaves of absence, and separations.\r\nPrepare and distribute employment-related documents, forms, letters, and correspondence.\r\nTrack receipt and completion of required employee documentation.\r\nEnsure employee records are maintained in accordance with record retention requirements and department standards.\r\nMaintain strict confidentiality of employee information.\r\nOnboarding & Offboarding Coordination\r\nEnter and maintain employee information within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).\r\nAudit employee records for accuracy and completeness.\r\nAssist employees with basic system navigation and self-service functionality.\r\nSupport testing, validation, and implementation of system updates as assigned.\r\nGenerate standard reports and assist with data collection requests.\r\nDocumentation & Reporting\r\nSupport document collection for audits, reporting requirements, and internal reviews.\r\nProcess employment verification requests and maintain tracking records.\r\nUpdate forms, templates, and employee resources as directed.\r\nEnsure timely filing and retention of People & Culture documentation.\r\nMaintain departmental trackers, spreadsheets, and workflow management tools.\r\nCompile routine reports and administrative metrics.\r\nMonitor deadlines, follow-ups, and department action items.\r\nAssist with document management and process documentation.\r\nSupport special projects and departmental initiatives as assigned.\r\nDepartmental Support\r\nRespond to routine employee inquiries and direct complex matters to the appropriate People & Culture team or Leadership Team member.\r\nSchedule meetings, coordinate communications, and assist with department logistics.\r\nSupport preparation of presentations, training materials, and employee communications.\r\nAssist with maintaining intranet, SharePoint, and employee resource content.\r\nProvide general administrative support to the People & Culture department.\r\nJob Requirements and Qualifications Associate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.\r\nTwo (2) or more years of administrative, coordinator, customer service, or Human Resources support experience preferred.\r\nExperience working with HRIS, payroll, or business systems (Dayforce experience is preferred).\r\nExperience managing confidential information required.\r\nStrong organization and time management skills.\r\nExceptional attention to detail and accuracy.\r\nAbility to manage confidential information professionally and discreetly.\r\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\r\nProficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.\r\nAbility to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.\r\nStrong customer service and follow-through skills.\r\nAbility to learn new systems and processes quickly\r\n$24.00 - $27.00 per hour depending on experience.
