An MBA is a plus.\n7+ years of professional hands-on experience in Account Management, Sales, or Program Management, preferably in tech or engineering services.\nUp to 40% of travel may be required between locations.\nAbility to travel for work-related purposes as needed; access to reliable transportation is required due to the nature of our business and multiple client sites.\nMust be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.\nBackground checks are required.\n\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nTrack record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.\nSkilled at influencing and fostering relationships with others.\nHave the ability to see the bigger picture and understand the broader impact of decisions.\nAbility to have technical conversations.\n\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nIdentify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and market analysis.\nExecute effective sales strategies to vet and close ideal-fit projects.\nCultivate relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.\nAct as a trusted advisor, aligning services with client needs.\nCollaborate with engineering project teams to meet client expectations.\nWork with technical teams to create compelling proposals and presentations that align with client needs and AC’s value proposition.\nStay informed about industry trends emerging technologies.\nProvide insights and recommendations to leadership.\nNetworking through events, conferences, and trade shows.\n\nWhy join the Andrews Cooper team?
