Experience helps, but it isn't required - we'll teach you the build.\n\nWhat You'll Earn\n\n$17.10 per hour starting base pay\nAdditional $1.00 per hour Perfect Attendance Incentive for eligible employees - up to $18.10/hour*\nPerformance incentives with opportunities to earn more\nDay shift only - home in time for dinner\n4½-day work week with an early finish every Friday\nMinimal mandatory overtime; optional overtime available\nSteady, year-round work with a growing manufacturer\n\n*The $1.00/hour Perfect Attendance Incentive is available to eligible employees who meet the requirements of the incentive program and is applied to every hour worked during the applicable pay period.\n\nWhat You'll Do\n\nEvery day is a little different, but your responsibilities will include:\n\nAssemble components and finished dispensing products according to work instructions, specifications, and quality requirements\nMatch, fit, and secure parts into sub-assemblies using hand tools, air tools, and power tools\nPerform functional tests and inspections using quality testing equipment to verify assemblies meet established standards\nRead and interpret work instructions, diagrams, and assembly documentation for your assigned area\nIdentify and report defects, assembly issues, or quality concerns to your supervisor\nComplete production and quality records accurately\nCross-train in additional assembly areas as business needs and your skills develop\nMaintain a clean, organized workstation and follow all safety, quality, and PPE requirements\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n\nWe hire people who show up, pay attention to detail, and take pride in work that's built right - because the products that leave our facility carry our name.\n\nHigh school diploma or GED preferred\nPrevious manufacturing, assembly, or production experience is helpful but not required - we'll train the right person\nComfort using hand tools, air tools, and power tools, or the willingness to learn\nAbility to read and follow written work instructions and assembly documentation\nTechnical aptitude and a willingness to learn new processes and equipment\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality\nGood communication and the ability to work well with your team\nReliable attendance, strong work ethic, and commitment to workplace safety\n\nMechanically inclined? If you've worked on cars, run tools on a jobsite, fixed things around the house, or assembled anything for a living - those skills transfer directly.\n\nThe Work Environment\n\nThis is an active, hands-on role involving standing, walking, and occasionally lifting up to 40 pounds.
