The ideal candidate will work across both frontend and backend systems, delivering high-quality, secure, and performant solutions.\n\nESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:\n\nDesign, develop, and maintain web applications using ASP.NET, (MVC/Core) and C#.\nBuild and consume RESTful APIs and microservices.\nDevelop responsive front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (Angular/React).\nWrite efficient, scalable database queries, stored procedures, and functions in SQL Server (MSSQL)\nOptimize application performance, scalability, and security.\nCollaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers in Agile environments.\nTroubleshoot and debug production issues with a focus on reliability and performance.\nParticipate in code reviews and ensure best practices in coding, testing and deployment.\nImplement CI/CD pipelines and contribute to DevOps practices.\nEDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:\n\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)\n7+ years of experience in full stack development.\nStrong proficiency in:\nC# and .NET Framework/ .NET Core\nNET MVC/Web API\nMicrosoft SQL Server (MSSQL), TSQL\nExperience writing complex SQL queries, joins, indexing, and performance tuning.\nFamiliarity with front-end technologies:\nJavaScript, HTML5, CSS3\nAt least one framework (React, Angular, or Vue)\nUnderstanding of REST APIs, authentication (JWT, OAuth), and web security.\nExperience with GIT and version control systems.\nESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:\n\nExperience with Azure or other cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)\nKnowledge of containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)\nExperience with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ)\nExposure to microservices architecture\nUnderstanding of test-driven development (TDD) and unit/integration testing.\nAbility to work in an environment that aligns with the company's diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging standards.\nAbility to work both independently and in a team environment.\nDemonstrate our core values of Think Big, Go Fast, Deliver Awe, Win Together and Care Deeply.\nPHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT:\n\nThis position will be performed in the colleague's home.
