Sonsoft Inc. is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.\r\nJob Description\r\nJob Description:-\r\n4+ years of hands on experience in the EAI, ESB space\r\nExperience in TIBCO suite of products such as EMS, BusinessWorks, Administrator, Adapters, ActiveMatrix, BusinessStudio, Hawk.\r\nKnowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle including experience in requirements gathering, design, testing and production support activities.\r\nExperience working with teams positioned in multiple geographical locations across global time zones.\r\nExperience leading project activities and team handling.\r\nGood design and development skills in TIBCO BusinessWorks processes.\r\nKnowledge to create and understand mapping documents.\r\nAbility to deploy, test and debug TIBCO components.\r\nAdequate knowledge in EMS and Database concepts.\r\nExposure to various SDLC processes, tools and waterfall/agile development methodologies.\r\nGood analytical, problem solving and communication skills.\r\nStrong J2EE background focusing on server side technologies (core java, servlets, application servers)\r\nGood grasp of XML, XSLT, XPATH, BPEL\r\nUnderstanding of service oriented architecture with preferably prior implementation experience\r\nUnderstanding of ITIL processes would be an advantage\r\nResponsibilities include - Implement, develop, validate and support activities in line with the design and architecture requirement, Conduct analysis and suggest / implement workarounds, Develop and review artifacts (documents, code , test scripts etc), Perform validation activities (functional, integration, system testing), Validate reported defects and prioritize action plan, Provide support for UAT, deployment, cut-over, Lead / participate in providing production support, Stakeholder management and Onsite-offshore coordination\r\nAbility to work in team environment and client interfacing skills.\r\nCommunication and Analytical skills\r\nExperience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment\r\nQualifications\r\nBasic Qualifications :-\r\nBachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.\r\nAt least 4 years of experience within the Information Technologies.\r\nAdditional Information\r\nU.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply.
