Cakebread Cellars' wines don't just reflect the personalities of the vineyards, they also reflect the spirit of all our employees who make our wines and winery remarkable.\n\nWe are looking to add a talented and experienced Concierge to our Cakebread family. Our high performing tasting room team provides outstanding customer service and a remarkable experience for all guests through the presentation of wines, specialty wine tastings, wine education and tours. The focus of the Concierge is to greet, check-in, interact with guests upon their arrival to the winery and provide a remarkable experience for all guests. Exhibit professionalism in both presentation and conduct.\n\nPhysical Requirements:\n\nAbility to work in standing position for extended periods of time.\nAbility to stoop, lift and carry 40 lb. cases of wine.\nAbility to stand; walk; sit; use tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance, kneel; talk or hear; taste or smell. Sufficient digital manipulation skills to utilize a computer keyboard.\n\nWhat you should bring to the table:\n\n? Experience in hospitality, customer service, sales, or related industry.\n? Strong public speaking and presentation skills with groups large and small.\n? Enjoy selling wine and promoting events.\n? A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.\n? Ability to adapt to change with enthusiasm.\n? Thursday-Monday work availability.\n?
