Role Description This is a part-time or full-time remote role for a Commission Sales Associate. The responsibilities of the role include identifying and securing new customers, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Associate will conduct prospecting, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales. They will also provide product/service knowledge and assist customers in making informed decisions. Regular collaboration with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction will also be essential in this role. Qualifications Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to build and maintain client relationshipsProven sales experience, with a focus on prospecting and closing dealsAbility to work independently and meet or exceed sales targetsProficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent organizational and time management abilitiesAn understanding of the industry and the ability to learn about products/services quicklySelf-motivation and a results-driven approachExperience in a commission-based or remote sales environment is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not required
