It requires regular in-office attendance, Monday through Thursday, with the opportunity to work from home on Fridays.Job PurposeThis position enhances widow and orphan support to the missions team by managing the flow of stories, schedules, systems, and communication that connect our global partners with our internal teams. This role includes administration, storytelling, and systems management, ensuring reports, media, and partner updates are compelling, accurate, and delivered efficiently to the marketing team. By supporting systems, partners, and internal teams, this role helps amplify the meaningful impact of mission work around the world.Compensation and BenefitsClassificationThis is a full-time, salaried/exempt position.Salary RangeBetween $70,000 and $80,000 a year based on qualifications and experience.Benefits (Subject to change)Medical Plan (World Challenge pays 93% of employee premium).Dental Plan (World Challenge pays 100% of employee premium).Vision Plan (World Challenge pays 100% of employee premium).Long Term Disability (LTD) (World Challenge pays 100% of employee premium).403b Retirement Savings Plan (with up to 5% employer matching).Flexible Time Off6-Sick Days per yearEducation Reimbursement and wellness reimbursement.Duties and ResponsibilitiesMissions Team Support & AdministrationOrganize and manage meetings, calendars, and data systemsProvide routine day-to-day and special administrative supportAble to arrange and track international travel & itinerariesTracks and reconciles various mission travel and related expernsesMaintain clear internal processes and tracks flow of external/partner communicationStory & Media CoordinationCreates compelling stories by reviewing and editing story submissions from the field to meet standards for clarity, accuracy, and relevanceConfers with marketing to deliver finalized stories, photos, and reportsProvides basic graphic design work (social media graphics, reports, presentations, etc.) relevant to telling the Mission's Team storyCapture photos and/or video as needed for missions or partner updatesGathers & creates media assets (stories, photos, videos, etc.) during international travel to tell partners, orphans, & widows storiesReporting & Systems ManagementManage databases/file storage systems to capture and store contentManages internal data systems to effectively identify, track, and support the addition of new and existing ministry partners and contributersPartner SupportTrain and support field partners on processes, systems, and compelling story tellingOther Responsibilities as Determined by ManagerQualificationsAgreement and alignment with World Challenge's Statement of FaithBachelor's degree in related fields3-5 years of mission field experience or related non-profit skills & experienceExperienced administrator with verbal and visual story telling experiencePhotography and/or videography experience helpfulBasic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools)Database (i.e. Airtable) experience preferredFamiliarity with content workflows or marketing collaborationStrong organizational and administrative skillsHighly detail-oriented, independent, with strong follow-throughAbility to travel internationally up to 3 times a yearWorking ConditionsThe Executive Administrator for Missions typically maintains regular office hours Monday through Friday (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.). Up to three international travel trips (up to 2 weeks in duration) are required, which may entail austere working conditions. Must be able to obtain a U.S. passport.Physical RequirementsThis role requires little heavy lifting and is performed in a climate-controlled office environment, with the exception being during international mission travel.
