RCC delivers accessible and affordable educational opportunities, including for-credit transfer and career technical programs, robust distance education coursework, quality dual enrollment courses, and award-winning workforce training and credentialing programs. These are part-time positions teaching in-person classes at our Glenns campus for the Fall, 2026 semester beginning August, 2026.\n\nThe successful candidate will teach freshman and sophomore-level engineering and engineering technology classes. Teaching assignments and schedules will include evening on-campus assignments and online learning. The expectation is to teach students using a variety of delivery systems including interactive video, web, and other electronic media. The following classes are open until filled: INS 220 Introduction to Fluid Power (Hydraulic and Pneumatic Control Systems) on Mondays 6:00 pm to 9:30pm, and ELE 143 Programmable Controllers I on Tuesdays 6:00 pm to 9:30 pm. Finalists will be asked to present a short sample lesson.\n\nThe College desires candidates with a commitment to the community college mission and experience working in a varied student population, including adult learners and at-risk students. The successful candidate will be committed to academic excellence, continuous improvement through professional development, assessment, program and course development, and creating a collegial environment of civility, collaboration and open communication.
