You’ll collaborate across departments to implement processes and systems to support the accelerating growth of PopStroke.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nManage and support IT tools and services which include Microsoft 365, Okta, Slack.\nLead IT initiatives and projects, aligning IT infrastructure with current and future business requirements and goals.\nDeploy remote monitoring and management (RMM) solutions across devices and servers, mobile device management (MDM) solutions, and end point security solutions.\nOwn the procurement and provisioning of computers, and other technical hardware.\nOversee daily operations of service help desk requests, account provisioning, and implement automation across systems and applications.\nImplement and maintain real-time monitoring and alerting for critical infrastructure (Meraki Dashboard, SNMP tools, etc.).\nAssist with the design, deployment, and management of complex network environments, including firewalls, switches, VPNs, and wireless systems across multi-site operations.\nSupport on-site installations and upgrades, including occasional travel to venues for implementation and validation testing; valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.\nImplement and support a Knowledge Base for technology systems and tools.\nSource and configure primary and backup internet from fiber, coaxial, and cellular services.\nOccasional weekend, holiday and/or after hour support may be required.\nAbility and willingness to travel locally, regionally and nationwide up to 20% of the time to individual locations as needed; valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.\nOther duties as assigned.\n\nMust-have Qualifications\n\nExperience managing and supporting Microsoft 365, and/or Google Workspace across an enterprise.\nAbility to configure and support Okta, and provision integrations with SSO.\nExperience managing, deploying, and troubleshooting Windows and Mac computers through RMM tools and services like Kandji, NinjaOne, etc.\nExperience designing, documenting, implementing, and testing highly available networks with automatic failover between multiple ISPs.\nAbility to configure, install, and support Cloud VOIP services and handsets.\nExperience with VLANS, Wifi configurations, dynamic and static IPs for venue equipment.\nFamiliarity with Ubiquiti and other Wi-Fi platforms, supporting large-scale wireless deployments.\nKnowledge of IT compliance, risk management, and data privacy regulations.\nExperience managing and maintaining hardware (servers, storage, networking equipment).\nFamiliarity with endpoint security platforms, SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) systems, and advanced threat protection.\nAbility to configure, deploy, and manage ITSM tools such as JIRA Service Manager or similar.\nExperience in negotiating and managing relationships with external vendors or service providers.\nStrong communication skills, critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, as well as team-oriented.\nProven ability to prioritize, handle risk, control costs, and adhere to timelines and budget.\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced operational environment where multiple site roll-outs, after-hours support, and travel may be required.\nAbility to use tools, troubleshoot, and test equipment.\nStrong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.\nAbility to stand, walk, climb ladders, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl;
