Auditor","description":"· Responsible for quality of the parts made on their designated shift\n\n· Maintain the highest quality work to continuously insure customer satisfaction\n\n· Assist in training of Press Operators\n\n· Assures operators have read, understand and signed DWI (Daily Work Instructions)\n\n· Assures that obsolete instructions at work stations are removed\n\n· Assures that operators are placing labels on boxes correctly\n\n· Approve initial production parts prior to production start-up (Dimensional, aesthetic, color, packaging, labeling, etc)\n\n· Ensure boundary sample(s) are made and are at operator work station and that operators are familiar with them\n\n· Communicates and works with Process Technicians and Supervisor to assure that high quality parts are being produced\n\n· Perform and document SPC data collection including charting\n\n· Inspect randomly and if needed, 100%, product both on and off the line\n\n· Perform and document gage R&R\n\n· Travel to customer location and perform rework and sorting as needed\n\n· Assist in gathering, documenting, and approving 1st piece/last piece\n\n· Other duties as assigned by supervisor\n\nJob Type:
