The Superintendent will work closely with project management, trade partners, inspectors, and regulatory agencies to ensure successful delivery of highly regulated healthcare projects. Key ResponsibilitiesField Leadership and ExecutionLead all field operations for large scale OSHPD/HCAI healthcare construction projects.Manage day-to-day jobsite activities, including manpower planning, trade coordination, and site logistics.Maintain strict control of schedule, sequencing, and workflow to ensure timely project delivery.Oversee installation of all building systems, ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and healthcare construction standards.OSHPD/HCAI ComplianceCoordinate daily with OSHPD/HCAI inspectors, field engineers, and regulatory authorities.Ensure all work complies with OSHPD/HCAI requirements, California building codes, and healthcare construction regulations.Maintain accurate documentation, inspection logs, and compliance records.Safety and Quality ManagementEnforce company safety policies and site-specific safety plans.Conduct daily safety meetings, toolbox talks, and jobsite inspections.Maintain high quality standards through regular inspections, trade partner oversight, and adherence to project specifications.Scheduling and CoordinationDevelop and maintain detailed short-interval schedules and look-ahead plans.Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and design teams to resolve field issues.Lead jobsite meetings and ensure clear communication across all project stakeholders.Project CloseoutOversee punch list completion, commissioning support, and final inspections.Ensure delivery of as-built documentation, turnover packages, and regulatory closeout requirements. Required QualificationsMinimum 7 years of experience as a Superintendent on large scale commercial or healthcare construction projects.Proven experience delivering OSHPD/HCAI hospital or medical facility projects.Strong understanding of California building codes, healthcare construction regulations, and OSHPD/HCAI processes.Ability to manage complex field operations, multiple trades, and fast-paced schedules.Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency with construction scheduling and field management tools. Preferred ExperienceExperience with ground-up hospital construction, major renovations, or campus expansions.Background managing projects valued at 50M to 200M or higher.Experience working with infection control, interim life safety measures, and active healthcare environments. BenefitsVacation/PTO Medical Dental Vision 401k Bonus Relocation Telecommute  Email Your Resume In Word ToKyle.Lesser@CyberCoders.comLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
