Our client was granted twelve awards for providing safe, quality healthcare to their communities.Benefits / PTO / Shift etc.Health, Vision and Dental-Employer contributes 80%Salary: $32.5/hr. to $52.93/hr.Life InsuranceShort Term and Long-Term DisabilityPaid Time Off: 24 days in your first yearSign On Bonus-$ Up to 7,500Relocation Assistance-Up to $10,000Potential Housing Allowance-$1,800 for 3 months403(b) Retirement PackageTuition ReimbursementDay and Night Shift AvailableNight Differential is $6 per hour for the entire shiftJob ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the safe delivery and documentation of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation.Perform responsibilities in five areas of nursing practice utilizing critical thinking, management, problem solving and differentiation of urgency in the role of: clinician, teacher, researcher, leadership and professional development.Responsible for directing and coordinating nursing care for patients based on established clinical nursing practice standards subscribed to by American Nursing Association and in accordance with the Florida Nurse Practice Act and other regulatory standards.Requirements:Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.Experience: Must have 2 years of Operating Room, Surgery or Circulator experience in a hospital settingProof of American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS), current for a minimum of 90 days after hire date.License: Currently licensed in the State of Florida, Compact RN or willingness to obtain prior to relocating.Communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer skills, and customer service skills required.Please apply or send an updated resume to Justin@theipgteam.com
