This individual will combine exceptional organizational and administrative skills with strong sales instincts to help project manage new client development initiatives and strengthen existing client relationships. This role is ideal for a proactive, creative, and highly organized professional who enjoys building relationships, managing multiple priorities, and taking ownership of projects from concept to execution.\n\nEssential Functions and Responsibilities:\n\nAdministrative & Operational Support\n\nSupport the transition of sales opportunities into active matters by preparing engagement letters and related documentation\n\nSupport client/matter opening processes and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely execution\n\nCoordinate calendars, meetings, and business-development related travel as needed\n\nWork with attorneys and pricing function to prepare budgets, working group lists and assist with compliance with outside counsel guidelines\n\nPrepare reports, presentations, and tracking dashboards\n\nUtilize Salesforce to maintain organized records of client interactions, business development activities, and active opportunities\n\nSales Support and Client Relationship Management\n\nConduct research to help map relationships at key accounts to help identify additional relevant introductions\n\nDraft client follow-up email communications and timely meeting notes\n\nHelp manage ongoing client and prospect relationships by coordinating communications and ensuring timely follow-up\n\nCollaborate closely with the business development team on the pre and post meeting process, including scheduling specific client events, preparing briefing materials for client meetings, supporting follow-up pitches, and other business development initiatives\n\nIn close collaboration with the business development team’s targeting efforts, monitor third-party sources and press related to client activity and identify opportunities for additional client engagement\n\nServe as a reliable point of contact for internal and external stakeholders\n\nJob Specifications:\n\nBachelor’s degree\n\n2–5+ years of experience in business development, sales, client services, marketing, account management, or a related field\n\nExperience using Salesforce or another customer relationship management (CRM) platform preferred\n\nKnowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\n\nStrong organizational skills\n\nAbility to work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities\n\nAbility to handle and maintain confidential information\n\nAbility to learn new concepts and skills quickly\n\nSuccessful candidates will be provided with outstanding career opportunities and will receive a competitive total rewards package with the opportunity to earn performance-based bonuses.\n Target Hiring Range $72,000 - $90,000\nPlease note that quoted salary ranges are not guarantees of what final salary offers may be.
