Other duties may be assigned.\n\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\n\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\n\nReceipt and storage of all incoming and direct raw materials.\nThis includes labeling and shelving. Issues raw materials to work centers based on production schedule.\nCoordinates and packages deliveries to and from warehouse based on production schedule.\nCoordinates the handling and storage of materials that will be stored at EHOB and off-site warehouse.\nResponsible for weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly inventory of raw materials.\nWeigh counts all welded goods and stages for shipment to Goodwill or EDC.\nProvides conticos at work areas for finished goods.\nDelivers all raw material to production.\nLoads and unloads all deliveries to EHOB.\nPerform receiving, put-away, staging, transfers, and material movements using barcode-scanning and WMS-directed workflows, ensuring safe and accurate handling of raw materials, components, and finished goods.\nPrepare materials for distribution center while maintaining proper labeling, identification, and storage, and reporting any discrepancies, damages, or missing items.\nMonitor real-time task queues, follow scan-accuracy requirements, resolve basic WMS errors, escalate issues as needed, and support inventory control during audits or cycle counts.\nCollaborate closely with production, warehouse, and shipping teams to maintain steady material flow, communicate shortages or delays, participate in continuous-improvement efforts, and assist in training new or temporary material handlers.\nOther duties as assigned\n\nEducation and/or Experience\n\nHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED); or previous steady employment and experience.\n\nQualifications\n\nAbility to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and other employees of the organization.\nAbility to add, subtract, divide and multiply.\nAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.\nMust be certified to drive a fork lift.
