It is well suited for candidates who are hands-on, eager to learn, and capable of growing into increased ownership over time, whether early in their career or bringing adjacent experience.\nAdditional Details:\nFlexible schedule designed to include off-peak hours (evenings, early mornings, or weekends, based on candidate preference and business needs)\nCompressed workweek options (e.g., 4x10s) may be available\nIncludes shift differential pay (varies depending on actual shift times)\nPrimary focus on supporting Operations to maintain continuity and throughput\nReduced meeting load and increased focus time for hands-on execution\nStructured overlap with day shift team to ensure strong communication and alignment\nIncreased ownership of real-time decisions supporting production and process continuity\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport daily manufacturing operations\nMonitor and sustain package assembly processes to ensure stable and efficient production\nTroubleshoot process and equipment issues in real time, driving immediate containment and resolution\nEscalate critical issues appropriately while maintaining continuity of operations\nExecute process adjustments during production and document outcomes\nMaximize productive time and minimize lot hold times\nProvide clear and structured handoffs to day shift teams, including issues encountered and actions taken\nAssist with data collection and basic analysis to support ongoing process improvements\nContribute to longer-term process or equipment improvements as experience grows\n\nQualifications:\nRequired Expertise\nBachelor’s or higher in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related field\n2–5+ years of experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, hardware engineering, or similar technical environments (can include internships, co-ops, academic lab work)\nExperience troubleshooting processes or equipment in production or lab settings\nAbility to independently support operations with minimal supervision\nStrong judgement and problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and accountability\nEffective communication and collaboration skills\nExperience in some of the following areas is helpful, but not required:\nSemiconductor manufacturing, advanced packaging, or assembly processes\nSMT, die attach, thermocompression bonding, or similar hardware processes\n\nCandidates must be local or willing to relocate to Santa Rosa, CA\n\nThis position requires access to certain goods, software, technology, or technical data subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations.
