Under the direction of the Regional Coordinator, the Enhanced Support Worker provides direct support, skill development, and connections to community resource linkages to residents who have a psychiatric, substance use disability and/or within the legal system. The Enhanced Support Worker provides services geared toward enabling residents and empowering residents to develop independent living skills, access needed supports, and work toward achieving their personal goals and full potential.
