Assistant Manager - Morning Shift

Rita's Italian Ice and Frozen Custard of Stewartsville and Whitehouse Station are currently seeking an Assistant Store Managers who are committed to exceptional customer service and fulfilling the Rita's tagline of Ice, Custard, Happiness. Primary schedule is during the day Monday - Friday. Approximately 10/11am to 4/5pm. Additional hours nights and weekends are available. $16/hr + tips. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee Treat Team Members; delegate to and hold accountable for their responsibilities and adherence to all company policies and guidelines Make Rita's Proprietary Italian Ice and track on daily production sheets according to Rita's guidelines Make all Rita’s treats and serve guests with a smile Provide guests with a level of service beyond their expectations while showing sensitivity to their individual needs Work in a fast paced environment as a team, both on the windows and through our delivery services (DoorDash©) 3rd Party Delivery menu management Adherence to Rita's standard operating procedures, with a strong focus on achieving excellence in sanitation and food quality Supervise and complete daily cleaning tasks and checklists, ensuring stations are sanitized, organized and sufficiently stocked Clean/sanitize various equipment; ice machines, dip boxes, refrigerators, topping stations Work hard and have FUN while doing so! JOB REQUIREMENTS: A team player with attention to detail Excellent oral communication skills Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask Enforce Health Department Regulations Ability to lift and/or carry at least 40 lbs. Available to work Monday - Friday approximately 10am-4pm, (opportunity to work longer or more shifts available) Seasonal employment from March-October At least 18-years-old with reliable transportation Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour Education: High school or equivalent (Required) Experience: Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) Retail Store Managers: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) Shift availability: Day Shift (Required) Work Location: In person
