We are currently seeking a seasoned and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our leadership team in the role of Clinical Services Supervisor.Position Overview:The Supervisor of Clinical Service will oversee the coordination and quality of clinical care provided to clients in their homes. This individual plays a vital leadership role and may serve as the Administrator when needed.Primary Responsibilities:Oversee and support the delivery of direct care services by clinical staffManage new referrals and ensure proper admission assessmentsMonitor and revise individualized care plans based on patient needsProvide supervision, support, and performance evaluations for nursing staffContribute to the development of clinical standards, procedures, and objectivesParticipate in hiring, onboarding, and training of clinical personnelSupport agency outreach, marketing efforts, and client development initiativesEnsure regular communication with clients, families, and staffDeliver direct patient care and complete required documentation promptlyMaintain compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory protocolsMonitor documentation timelines and adherence to payor guidelinesParticipate in on-call rotations and provide clinical leadership as neededSupervise no more than 15 FTE clinical staff and evaluate home health aidesMinimum Qualifications:RN licensure in Connecticut, in good standingOne of the following education/experience paths per state regulations:MSN + 1 year in home healthBSN + 3 years clinical (1 in home health)ADN/Diploma + 3 years recent clinical (1 in home health) + applicable community health trainingSkills & Competencies:Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skillsKnowledge of home health regulations and care standardsSkilled in care coordination, staff oversight, and quality assuranceComfortable using electronic charting systems and secure communication tools (e.g., EMR, TigerConnect)Why Join Us?Competitive salaryFlexible schedule optionsSupportive and engaged leadershipMileage reimbursementOpportunities for professional developmentJob Type: Part-time
