Machine Operator
Job Description
The Entry-Level Machine Operator is responsible for supporting production by operating basic machinery, monitoring equipment performance, and ensuring products meet quality standards. This role requires attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and the ability to follow established safety and operational procedures.Key Responsibilities
Operate assigned machines and equipment according to standard operating procedures
Load materials into machines and monitor production runs
Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and defects
Perform basic machine adjustments under supervision
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety guidelines and report any issues to a supervisor
Assist with material handling, packaging, and labeling as needed
Complete required production logs and documentation
Support team members and contribute to overall production goalsQualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
No prior machine operation experience required; training will be provided
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs as needed
Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn new skillsPreferred Skills (Not Required)
Basic mechanical aptitude
Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
Familiarity with measuring tools (calipers, tape measure, gauges)Work Environment
Fast-paced production setting
Exposure to machinery, noise, and moving equipment
