Support for the contract will consist of program management; logistics; asset management; engineering; customer service; research and development of new capabilities; test and evaluation; manpower, training, and personnel; new equipment fielding and training; financial management; information assurance; cybersecurity; and 24X7 enterprise services operations and sustainment.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nDemonstrate understanding of knowledge management principles and capacity to deliver knowledge management programs.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills are critical.\nPerform requirements analysis.\nExcellent facilitation skills.\nQualifications:\nBA/S in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience.\nFive (5+) years of direct knowledge experience.\nMaintain IAT I Certification.\nStrong skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.\nAbility to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts and demonstrable skills in oral and written communications, examples of technical publications / conference presentations may be requested.\nStrong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\nKnowledge Management certifications.\nITIL Certification\n\nPhysical Demands:\n\nMust be able to lift 25 pounds\nMust be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time\nMust be able to twist, bend, and squat periodically\n\nThe pay scale for this position is between $150,000 - $180,000.\n\nPlease note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
