Registered Nurse (RN)

****We are offering a sign on bonus of $7500**** Enid Senior Care is looking for two Licensed RN to work 2pm-10pm and 10pm-6am. Pay is based on experience. Responsibilities: - Provide direct patient care and support to individuals across the lifespan, including pediatrics, adults, and the elderly. - Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical, emotional, and psychosocial aspects. - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. - Monitor and document patient progress, symptoms, and vital signs. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans. - Educate patients and their families on health promotion, disease prevention, and self-care techniques. - Assist with airway management and respiratory support as needed. - Utilize Cerner or other electronic health record systems to maintain accurate patient records. Experience: - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical setting. - Experience in occupational health, pediatrics, or working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred. - Familiarity with health coaching principles and family planning services is a plus. - Knowledge of nursing home regulations and practices is beneficial. Skills: - Strong clinical skills in patient assessment, monitoring, and care delivery. - Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record systems such as Cerner. - Ability to provide airway management and respiratory support when necessary. - Knowledge of occupational health practices and protocols. - Experience working with pediatric patients and their families. - Familiarity with health coaching techniques for promoting healthy lifestyles. - Understanding of family planning services and contraceptive methods. - Ability to provide compassionate care to individuals with developmental disabilities.
