If you are hired at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Vermont, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, competencies, education, experience, and internal equity across the current team. LOCATION:\r\nThis role is a hybrid position with the expectation that the employee will be in our Berlin, VT office on Wednesdays and other days as needed with flexibility to work remotely the rest of the week.\r\nSystems Administrator Responsibilities\r\nManage, maintain, and troubleshoot IT systems, including computer systems, networks, and servers to ensure their security, availability, and reliability\r\nServe as a technical expert in the area of system administration for complex Infrastructure systems.\r\nRecommend configuration changes of operating systems and system applications, investigate and analyze feasibility of system requirements and aid in developing system specifications.\r\nIdentify process improvements, solutions, and participate in projects to provide a high level of service to customers.\r\nCompetencies\r\nSubject Matter Expertise\r\nIT infrastructure technology experience, with particular emphasis on technologies in place at Blue Cross VT.
