{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"1b1643ef503ec08d423fdd47","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/1b1643ef503ec08d423fdd47","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/1b1643ef503ec08d423fdd47","title":"Project Engineer","description":"Overview\nJoin us as a Project Engineer for the FBM Tactical team where you will be involved in planning and executing avionics work scope and program execution.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nEnsure that projects are completed on cost and schedule following established procedures, schedules, and work plans\n\nCoordinate the planning, organizing, control, integration and completion of Engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility\n\nEnsure Engineering is coordinated across Program and suppliers\n\nBasic Qualifications\n\nBachelor's degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience/combined education.\n\n7+ years of professional engineering experience.\n\nPrior technical project leadership experience.\n\nPrior project management experience and Control Account Management (CAM) experience.\n\nDemonstrated ability to work with technical leads to manage cost, schedule, and technical scope.\n\nDesired Skills\n\nBachelor's degree (engineering field or technical discipline preferred).\n\nDemonstrated behaviors of a systems thinker; selects and applies appropriate systems thinking skills to solve very sophisticated problems and implement constructive change.\n\nExperience in project management principals (Cost/Schedule/Technical).\n\nKnowledge of program lifecycle and how early achievements may drive future costs.\n\nExperience using JIRA or Version 1 or similar tools for project planning and tracking.\n\nExperience throughout engineering lifecycle (system definition, design, build, test and operational deployment).\n\nMissile or space segment design and test experience with one or more subsystems or fields outside of Systems Engineering.\n\nDemonstrated experience in Business Rhythm creation.\n\nDemonstrated experience presentation abilities.\n\nDemonstrated experience organizational skills.\n\nOther Information\nBy applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match.
