State Licensed Associate Legal Counsel

Providing timely legal counsel in a remote setting, the full-time State Licensed Associate Legal Counsel will draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements while supporting sales and operations teams on legal matters related to transactions and compliance. Key responsibilities:Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements, including product and services agreements and vendor/dealer agreements Provide legal advice on intellectual property, data protection, privacy, and regulatory compliance issues Collaborate with internal teams to interpret contracts and address legal concerns associated with commercial transactionsRequired qualifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Licensed to practice law in one or more states and in good standing 5+ years of legal experience in corporate law, focusing on commercial transactions Strong understanding of intellectual property and data protection laws Experience with drafting, negotiating, and managing commercial transactions
