The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in program management and leadership. The candidate will oversee all programs and QMHPs to ensure proper service delivery to clients, as well as monitor the overall day-to-day operations of all programs.\nDuties\nLead and manage multiple programs from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.\nProvide oversight of all program protocols and procedures\nReview all billing for accuracy and monitoring all appropriate paperwork i.e. progress notes, case staffings, discharge reports etc.\nManaging client charts, ensuring they are always fully in compliance.\nProvide oversight of the productivity of each program’s staff, including the management of assigned cases and follow-through of expected hours for each staff member.\nProvide oversight of the accountability of paperwork receivable; follow up on any outstanding paperwork.\nProvide oversight of quality assurance of all ISBS program client files to ensure compliance.\nAssist with all internal program file audits.\nAssign cases\nSchedule client assessment appointments with the clinical assessor for all program cases.\nAssist with booking client temporary shelter stays (as needed).\nLead team meetings\nAttend staff meetings and supervision.\nPick up a minimum of six cases in the community.\nMaintain six (6) new Mental Health clients.\nProvide coverage of staff cases in case of emergencies or staff shortages.\nAssist with locating referral sources.\nCommunity outreach and table events.\nMust take confidentiality seriously.\nObtain resources for the QMHPs to utilize for their clients.\nPerform all other duties as assigned.\nRequirements\nSkills:\nDSM diagnostic knowledge\nCase management/ Documentation\nOral and written communication\nIndividual Services Plan Development\nCrisis Intervention\nAbility to maintain confidentiality\nKnowledge of:\nCommunity Resources\nInterventions\nCORE Standards\nHuman Development\nState Code of Ethics\nMental Health Services and Case Management\nCMBHS\nTMHP\nTRR Manual\nHIPAA\nEthics\nCANS/ANSA\nTrainings/Certifications:\nRestraint Techniques\nCPR/ First Aid\nCANS/ ANSA\nNurturing Parenting\nFirst Aid\nEthics Training\nHuman Rights\nMinimum Qualifications:\nAny combination of education and experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Health and Human Services to include social work, gerontology, psychology, psychiatric rehabilitation, special education, sociology, counseling, vocational rehabilitation, criminal justice and human services counseling, or a related field from an accredited college or university; five years of experience providing mental health services and case management to individuals suffering from a mental illness. This position also requires a valid driver’s license, automobile, and telecommunications availability, excellent verbal and written skills; counseling and social work theories and techniques; and community resources. Strong writing and case conceptualization skills and reference to a methodology. The successful completion of a criminal history or background investigation is required.
