In this role, you will provide a premium level of administrative and business support to client-facing Partners.\nThis role requires an interest in and understanding of our firm's goals and the role of our Partners. While providing administrative support, you should also serve as a thought partner and driver of your Partners' efforts, while working in stride with the local Office Manager and collaborating with the U.S. administrative team.\n** This role requires onsite support Monday through Friday during standard business hours. **\nAbout the Role\nProvide seamless Executive Assistant support to appointed Partner-level staff, including but not limited to flawlessly managing complex calendars and providing strategic administrative support to increase efficiencies and productivity of the assigned Partners.\nTake a proactive approach to identify and solve potential challenges related to scheduling, travel, and other daily activities before they arise.\nUnderstand the nature of our firm's work, how the leadership team functions, and your role in facilitating that work to seamlessly coordinate with other executive assistants across the firm globally.\nCoordinate travel bookings and process expenses.\nUnderstand and prioritize Partners' time to ensure they are well-positioned to excel and remain nimble to adjust as needed.\nBuild strong rapport with Partners and client contacts.\nRespond to emails and requests in a timely fashion, including outside of standard work hours, as needed.\nPrioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on all associated details.\nParticipate in continuing education and training opportunities provided by the firm.\nPossess keen awareness of business strategies and acts as project manager where necessary for your Partners' client teams, coordinating specific team assignments and projects.\nIdentify and execute areas of improvement and increase administrative efficiencies.\nProof documents, edit presentations and assist with other preparations for Partners' meetings.\nProvide support and coverage to the Office Manager or other administrative staff as needed.\nMaintain strong internal relationships with the U.S. and international Brunswick teams.\nPerform related duties as assigned.\nWhat We're Looking For\nMinimum seven (7) years of administrative or operations experience in a fast-paced, confidential, professional services environment\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\nStrong project management experience\nDetail-oriented\nAbility to manage schedules seamlessly across time zones (domestic and international)\nClient service orientation, exhibit discretion with confidential client matters\nWork well independently and strategically as a team player\nMulti-tasker who exercises keen time management skills\nResourceful, problem solver\nAlways maintain professionalism, specifically when dealing with senior business figures\nPossess a \"think on your feet\" ability and showcase impeccable judgment\nHigh emotional intelligence and strong personal impact\nTake on challenges readily and bring a truly proactive approach to duties\nSwift to adapt to various personalities and situations\nBachelor's Degree preferred\nIntermediate to Advanced software skills, including but not limited to: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); email and calendar management; travel and expense management tools; video conferencing systems.\nWhile not required, the following would be a plus:\nExperience working in a global corporate/firm setting\nCommunications or consulting/client services industry knowledge and business acumen\nA sense of humor\nWhy Join Us\nWhether you are joining a client facing team, a core services team, or starting out on your professional career journey, joining Brunswick unlocks a range of exceptional employee benefits to support your financial future, health and wellness, family and community and continuous professional development.\nThe successful applicant will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits package:\nBase Pay: The annual base compensation range for this role is $90,000-$115,000.
