Saving Grace offers 3 weeks of PTO in the first year for benefitted employees that elevates to over 6 weeks of PTO at your four-year anniversary and 12 paid holidays - all Federal Holidays plus International Women’s Day, Juneteenth, the day after Thanksgiving, and a floating holiday to be used at the employee’s discretion. As part of the complete compensation package, Saving Grace offers benefits which include medical, dental, and life insurance, as well as a 3-5% match of employee contributions to a 403(b) account and a childcare reimbursement stipend.
