This role leads deployment teams on large-scale data center projects, ensuring equipment is safely moved, assembled, secured, and prepared for integration within data center environments.\r\nThe Team Lead / Site Lead serves as the on-site leader for rack deployment activities, coordinating technicians, managing workflow, ensuring adherence to project timelines, and maintaining safety and quality standards throughout the installation process.
