Built for pioneers by pioneers, CoreWeave delivers a platform of technology, tools, and teams that enables innovators to build and scale AI with confidence. Trusted by leading AI labs, startups, and global enterprises, CoreWeave combines superior infrastructure performance with deep technical expertise to accelerate breakthroughs and turn compute into capability. Founded in 2017, CoreWeave became a publicly traded company (Nasdaq: CRWV) in March 2025. Learn more at www.coreweave.com .\r\nABOUT COREWEAVE\r\nCoreWeave is the essential cloud for AI — purpose-built to power the infrastructure that trains, deploys, and scales AI at the frontier. We operate one of the world's largest GPU-accelerated compute platforms, serving the teams building the most demanding AI workloads in the world. As we scale rapidly toward and beyond 4,000 employees, CoreWeave University exists to ensure our people grow as fast as the company does — building the capabilities that make CoreWeave not just the best place to work in AI infrastructure, but the best place to develop a career in it.\r\nABOUT THE ROLE\r\nCoreWeave's workforce needs to be technically fluent — and building that fluency at scale, across thousands of employees in a rapidly evolving AI infrastructure environment, is genuinely hard work. The Learning Partner for Technical Development, is a senior practitioner who owns the design and delivery of learning programs for employees of CoreWeave's Data Center Operations or Product & Engineering organization. This is not a role for someone who needs the scope handed to them. The Technical Development pillar is still being shaped, and the LP Lead will have direct input into what it becomes. The right candidate brings deep design expertise, proven ability to partner with highly technical stakeholders, and genuine curiosity about AI infrastructure — enough to earn credibility in rooms where technical and engineering experts and data center technicians and leaders are the subject matter experts.\r\nWHAT YOU'LL DO\r\nProgram Design & Development\r\nLead the design and development of multi-modal learning programs — instructor-led, self-paced, blended, and on-the-job — for assigned learner populations in DC Operations or Product & Engineering.\r\nTranslate complex AI infrastructure concepts into accessible, high-quality learning experiences for non-technical and cross-functional audiences.\r\nConduct rigorous needs analyses with technical, product, engineering, and data center leaders and SMEs; translate findings into structured learning strategies with defined success metrics.\r\nIndependently manage programs from scoping through evaluation, without close supervision.\r\nDevelop and maintain facilitator guides, participant materials, and job aids across your portfolio.\r\nStakeholder Partnership\r\nServe as the primary CWU point of contact for technical learning initiatives across DC Operations and Product & Engineering; build trusted relationships with technical and data center operations leaders, SMEs, and functional stakeholders.\r\nAdvise senior stakeholders on learning strategy — not just execution. This role requires the confidence to push back, reframe needs, and recommend solutions that serve learners and the business.\r\nCollaborate with the other CWU Learning Partners to ensure curriculum consistency and share learnings across sites.\r\nPartner with the broader CWU team to align technical learning to organization-wide capability priorities.\r\nDelivery & Evaluation\r\nFacilitate learning programs with credibility and adaptability; adjust delivery in real time based on learner needs and feedback.\r\nDefine and own evaluation frameworks for your programs; use data to assess effectiveness and bring continuous improvement proposals to CWU leadership.\r\nIdentify opportunities to improve impact across the DC Ops and P&E development portfolio — not just within your assigned programs.\r\nCWU Contribution\r\nAct as a senior contributor within the CWU team — sharing domain expertise, contributing to how the function works, and helping shape technical development practice.\r\nHelp peers navigate subject matter and stakeholder dynamics in the technical development space.\r\nWHAT YOU'LL BRING\r\nExperience\r\n5–8+ years of experience in instructional design, learning & development, or a closely related field, with increasing scope and ownership over time.\r\nDemonstrated experience designing learning programs for technical or highly specialized subject matter — ideally in technology, infrastructure, data center operations, or a related field.\r\nTrack record of advising senior stakeholders on learning strategy — not just executing against defined briefs.\r\nExperience operating in a fast-moving, high-growth environment where scope is ambiguous and priorities evolve.\r\nSkills & Knowledge\r\nAdvanced instructional design skills across multiple modalities; comfort designing for in-person, virtual, and blended delivery.\r\nAbility to learn technical subject matter quickly and translate it into credible learning content without deep prior expertise in that domain.\r\nFamiliarity with AI, cloud infrastructure, GPU computing, or data center operations is a meaningful differentiator.\r\nStrong analytical instincts: defines clear success metrics, interprets evaluation data, and brings insight — not just reporting — to stakeholders.\r\nProficiency with standard L&D tools: LMS platforms, authoring tools (Articulate, Rise, or equivalent), and virtual facilitation platforms.\r\nWays of Working\r\nOwns complex programs end-to-end; proactively identifies and resolves blockers without waiting for direction.\r\nAdvises rather than just executes — brings a point of view to stakeholder conversations and has the confidence to push back when the learning ask isn't the right solution.\r\nComfortable in ambiguity; able to define structure and scope in a pillar that is still being built.\r\nCollaborative and generous with expertise; contributes actively to the broader CWU team.\r\nHOW YOU'LL BE EVALUATED","company":"CoreWeave","rawCompany":"coreweave","city":"Brooklyn","state":"NY","isRemote":false,"isActive":false,"createdAt":"2026-10-04T01:46:14.301Z","occupations":[{"code":"13-1151.00","title":"Training and Development Specialists","slug":"training-and-development-specialists"},{"code":"11-3131.00","title":"Training and Development Managers","slug":"training-and-development-managers"},{"code":"25-9031.00","title":"Instructional Coordinators","slug":"instructional-coordinators"}],"industries":[{"code":"513210","title":"Software Publishers","slug":"software-publishers"},{"code":"518210","title":"Computing Infrastructure Providers, Data Processing, Web Hosting, and Related Services","slug":"computing-infrastructure-providers-data-processing-web-hosting-and-related-services"},{"code":"541512","title":"Computer Systems Design Services","slug":"computer-systems-design-services"}],"jobPosting":{"@context":"https://schema.org","@type":"JobPosting","title":"Learning Partner- Technical Development","description":"Livingston, NJ / Bellevue, WA / Sunnyvale, CA\r\nCoreWeave is The Essential Cloud for AI™.
