end-to-end EDI integrations.\r\nBuild new maps and update existing maps using Sterling Map Editor, ensuring accurate translation between EDIFACT, ANSI X12, XML, flat files, and IDocs.\r\nConfigure and manage Trading Partner setups, communication protocols (AS2, SFTP, FTP, VAN, OFTP2), and document routing in SI.\r\nTroubleshoot complex SI processes, including failures in pipelines, document routing, service calls, communications, queues, and maps.\r\nMonitor system logs, message flows, BP logs, and dashboards to proactively identify and resolve integration issues.\r\nWork closely with business teams and ERP support teams (Oracle, SAP, JDE, etc.) to analyze EDI-related issues and deliver accurate, timely fixes.\r\nManage new partner onboarding, including requirement gathering, mapping development, connectivity testing, and production cutover.\r\nSupport all EDI translation and document flow across multiple protocols and formats, maintaining quality, accuracy, and
