The executive will take on temporary responsibilities at Hickory companies as well as take on centrally-run projects to understand the unique nature of ideating and implementing high-impact initiatives at Hickory. During the program, the executive will participate in a structured learning program designed to develop leadership, analytical, and operational skills. Day-to-day tasks include assisting in project management, shadowing key business leaders, conducting data analysis, and collaborating across departments to improve workflows and achieve strategic goals. The role will prepare the candidate for an opportunity to matriculate into a high-profile executive role upon completion.QualificationsThe program is seeking recent MBA graduates, former & aspiring search-fund executives, and business leaders with 5-10 years of work experience with the following set of skills:Leadership, team collaboration, and interpersonal skillsAnalytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilitiesOrganizational skills and the ability to manage multiple prioritiesProficiency in business operations or a related area, including project managementEffective written and verbal communication skillsBachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred)This job description is intended to outline the general nature and level of work associated with this position.
