Litigation Paralegal

Windsor Troy Law, LLP, is looking for a Litigation Paralegal to join our vibrant and growing personal injury legal team and play an essential part supporting our litigation function. As the Litigation Paralegal you will perform many tasks during the litigation process and often work on all phases of litigation, from preparing complaints to preparing for trial. You will report directly to our Supervising Attorney.Responsibilities:Prepare drafts of written discovery requests, responses, and PI complaintsFile pleadings/documents with the court with all appropriate attachments required per courtPrepare legal pleadings, such as motions, 998s, deposition noticesPrepare subpoenas to obtain records and documentationAssist with the production of documents and information by analyzing requests, consulting with internal partners, and obtaining, reviewing and producing documentsGuide the process for gathering relevant materials and preparing responses to litigation demands, discovery requests, subpoenas and agency claimsOrganize and process pleadings, correspondence, exhibits and other documentsCoordinate document collections/productionsPrepare objections/responses to subpoenasManage service of process and daily calendaring/docketing of caseDraft routine correspondence and support special projects, including fact investigations and interviews; create internal templates, guidelines, and playbooksQualifications:3+ years of Personal Injury litigation experience as a paralegal in a plaintiff personal injury law firmAssociates, Bachelors, or Paralegal Certificate is highly preferredBilingual (English/Spanish) with high proficiencyExperience with litigation in both California state and federal courtsUndertake complex projectsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft and Google software applicationsFamiliarity with case management software programs, specifically FileVineDo you have a passion for Personal Injury and a desire to practice within an organization with lots of room for growth?
