High school diploma or equivalent.2+ years of experience in electrical assembly or related field.Ability to read and interpret complex electrical diagrams.Proficient in using hand tools, crimping tools, and multimeters.Proficient in using power tools such as drills, saws and impacts. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Dependability, strong work ethic and willingness to work occasional overtime and weekends.Must be able to work in a team environment.
