We are seeking a dedicated Service Manager to join our team to oversee our service department and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:The Service Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the Service department. The primary duties will include:Overseeing all service operations, including scheduling, repair, and maintenance of RVsManaging a team of service technicians and support staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluationsEnsuring high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries and resolving service-related issues promptlyMaintaining accurate records of all service activities, including work orders, parts inventory, and customer communicationsCollaborating with the sales and parts departments to ensure a seamless customer experienceMonitoring service department performance metrics and generating reports for senior managementEnsuring compliance with safety regulations and company standardsAll other responsibilities as assignedRequirementsMinimum Qualifications:Proven experience as a service manager or in a similar managerial role within the automotive or RV industryStrong knowledge of RV systems, maintenance, and repair proceduresExcellent leadership and team management skillsOutstanding customer service and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyProficiency in using service management software and computer systemsHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or business education is a plusAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidaysRVIA/RVDA certifications - preferredEssential Characteristics:Customer Focused: We listen, solve problems, and stay focused on our missionHumble: We stay coachable and always learning, confident in our skills but never arrogantReliable: We keep our word to our team and our customers--doing what we say every timeRelentless Drive: We have a strong work ethic, sense of urgency, and never settle in the pursuit of our missionOptimum RV LLC complies with all federal, state, and local laws prohibiting employment discrimination of any kind.
