This position primarily supports the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), Chief Information Officer (CIO), and Operations/Supply Chain SVP, and reports directly to the CHRO.\r\nWhat You'll Do:\r\nProvide high-level executive administrative support to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), Chief Information Officer (CIO), and Operations/Supply Chain SVP.\r\nManage complex executive calendars, schedules, meeting requests, and prioritize competing demands.\r\nCoordinate executive meetings, conference calls, and virtual meetings using Microsoft Teams.\r\nPrepare confidential correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, and executive materials.\r\nMaintain meeting documentation and organize executive files using Microsoft OneNote and Microsoft 365 applications.\r\nArrange domestic and international travel, develop detailed itineraries, and manage expense reports.\r\nPlan and coordinate logistics for executive meetings, leadership training sessions, and offsite events.\r\nNegotiate contracts with hotels, venues, and vendors while managing event budgets and approvals.\r\nDesign and enhance executive-level PowerPoint presentations and business communications.\r\nAnticipate executive needs, resolve scheduling conflicts, and proactively address administrative challenges.\r\nIdentify opportunities to leverage AI tools to improve executive support, productivity, and operational efficiency.\r\nMaintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive executive and organizational information.\r\nSupport special projects and perform additional executive administrative duties as assigned.\r\nTravel occasionally (up to 10%) to support business meetings and events.\r\nWhat You'll Bring:\r\nBachelor's degree required.\r\n10+ years of executive administrative experience supporting C-Suite executives or senior leadership.\r\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.\r\nStrong knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint, Teams, and OneNote.\r\nExperience using AI tools to improve productivity, automate workflows, and enhance decision-making.\r\nExcellent calendar management, executive scheduling, and travel coordination expertise.\r\nStrong project management and event planning experience.\r\nExceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.\r\nOutstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.\r\nHigh attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.\r\nProfessional executive presence with excellent judgment, discretion, and confidentiality.\r\nAbility to work independently, solve problems proactively, and anticipate executive needs.\r\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to manage sensitive information with tact and diplomacy.\r\nProven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure executive environment.\r\nBenefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
