Title: Social Media & Influencer Marketing Specialist Location: New York, NY HybridDuration: 8+ monthsAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly creative and strategic Social Media & Influencer Marketing Specialist to drive integrated marketing campaigns, social storytelling, influencer partnerships, and audience engagement across global digital channels.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, combines creativity with operational excellence, and understands how to scale brand visibility through social-first marketing strategies and AI-powered workflows.You will collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, creative, media, content, growth, and agency teams to execute impactful campaigns that strengthen brand awareness, engagement, and business growth.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute social media campaigns across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X/Twitter, and emerging channels.Manage day-to-day social channel operations, publishing calendars, campaign launches, and community engagement initiatives.Build and manage influencer and creator partnerships aligned with brand and campaign objectives.Create compelling presentations, strategy decks, campaign recaps, and executive-ready documentation to communicate marketing ideas and performance insights.Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure campaigns align with brand voice, messaging, and business priorities.Analyze campaign performance, audience insights, engagement trends, and ROI metrics to optimize future marketing efforts.Coordinate with agencies, vendors, creators, livestream/event partners, and production teams to support integrated campaign execution.Support paid and organic media initiatives, social amplification programs, and employee advocacy efforts.Leverage AI tools, automation workflows, agents, and AI-assisted solutions to streamline social operations, reporting, ideation, and content development.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong organization, prioritization, and communication across teams.Contribute innovative ideas, trend insights, and best practices to elevate the brand’s digital and social presence.Minimum Qualifications4+ years of experience in social media marketing, influencer marketing, digital marketing, or integrated marketing campaigns.Proven experience creating and managing multi-channel social campaigns.Strong presentation, deck creation, and visual storytelling skills for executive audiences.Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Experience analyzing campaign metrics, engagement data, and marketing performance insights.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, creative, product, media, and agency teams.Familiarity with AI tools and workflow automation platforms for marketing productivity and content operations.Preferred QualificationsExperience in B2B SaaS, enterprise technology, consumer tech, or creator/influencer ecosystems.Knowledge of social listening, community engagement, and audience growth strategies.Experience using CRM, reporting, and marketing analytics platforms.Familiarity with AI-powered tools, prompt engineering, AI agents, or workflow automation.
