Express Lube Technician

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Express Lube Technician to join our automotive service team. In this role, you will perform quick and efficient oil changes, tire services, alignments, and other vehicle maintenance tasks to ensure customer satisfaction and vehicle safety. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair, mechanical knowledge, and excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic vehicle inspections with efficiency and accuracy Use hand tools and power tools to complete maintenance tasks according to manufacturer specifications Conduct automotive diagnostics to identify issues and recommend necessary repairs or services Assist with vehicle maintenance procedures such as brake repairs, fluid top-offs, and filter replacements Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and addressing customer questions or concerns Maintain detailed records of services performed on each vehicle Assist in upselling additional services or maintenance when appropriate Requirements Previous dealership experience or automotive repair background is highly preferred Proven mechanic experience with automotive diagnostics and vehicle maintenance skills Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment Strong mechanical knowledge related to oil changes, tire service, alignments, and general vehicle maintenance Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physical tasks required for vehicle servicing Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude Service technician experience is a plus but not mandatory for entry-level candidates willing to learn Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail This position is ideal for individuals passionate about automotive repair who thrive in team-oriented settings.
