In this role, you'll oversee document control activities, supervise the Document Control Specialist, and ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of critical company documentation.\nYou'll play a key role in maintaining compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements, including ISO, ITAR, UL, and other applicable standards, while supporting engineering, production, and cross-functional teams. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy problem-solving, and take pride in keeping information organized and accurate, we'd love to hear from you.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupervise and provide guidance to the Document Control Specialist.\nProcess and manage all incoming document control requests.\nCoordinate and implement engineering change orders (ECOs/ECNs).\nMaintain and update the MRP system with accurate information.\nPerform data entry across multiple business systems.\nControl, distribute, archive, and retrieve controlled documents.\nEstablish and maintain organized filing systems for electronic and physical records.\nSupport manufacturing and engineering teams with documentation needs.\nEnsure document control processes comply with company quality standards and regulatory requirements.\nCollaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to support operational goals.\nPerform additional duties and special projects as assigned.\nQualifications\nThe ideal candidate will have:\nStrong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills.\nPrevious supervisory or leadership experience preferred.\nAbility to read and interpret Bills of Materials (BOMs), assembly drawings, engineering changes, and related manufacturing documentation.\nKnowledge of MRP/ERP systems.\nStrong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.\nExcellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.\nAbility to work independently while managing competing deadlines.\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.\nExperience creating and maintaining organized filing and document management systems.\nHigh level of integrity and professionalism when handling confidential and controlled documents.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nA collaborative attitude and the ability to build positive working relationships across departments.\nWhy Join Our Team?\nThis is an opportunity to play a critical role in supporting quality, compliance, and manufacturing excellence.
