(BQMI) is seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst to support the Corporate Business Office (CBO) at NSWC Crane. schedule tracking.\n\nThe ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data visualization, data architecture, business systems analysis, and process improvement, along with the ability to communicate complex technical information to diverse audiences.\n\nMinimum Qualifications\n\nBachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related field\n3–5 years of relevant professional experience\nExperience with Power BI, Excel, and database management\nStrong analytical, documentation, and communication skills\nSecret level Clearance required\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nBusiness Intelligence & Dashboard Development\n\nDesign, develop, and implement a suite of Power BI dashboards to meet program and stakeholder requirements\nConnect to authoritative data sources and migrate legacy Excel-based data into enhanced database solutions\nDevelop visualizations to track contract performance, cost, and schedule metrics\nIdentify and implement automation opportunities to streamline data processing workflows\nCreate and document standardized dashboard development and delivery processes\n\nSystems & Tools Management\n\nOversee and manage CBO systems and tools including:\nUser and customer management systems\nData repositories and databases\nDashboards and reporting tools\nCollaboration platforms (e.g., SharePoint)\nCommunication and social media tools\nPerform system upgrades and enhancements to improve capability and efficiency\nProvide user support and interface assistance\nDevelop and deliver training related to business systems and tools\n\nData Strategy & Architecture Support\n\nSupport NSWC Crane’s data strategy initiatives, particularly in data architecture\nDevelop white papers, conceptual/logical data models, and business systems analyses\nProvide recommendations on data standards, policies, and integration methods\nAssist in infrastructure and systems assessments\nSupport predictive modeling, statistical simulation, and machine learning initiatives\nHelp transition of data science models into continuous production systems\n\nBusiness Systems Development & Lifecycle Management\n\nDevelop, configure, or enhance business tools and systems based on defined requirements\nManage full data lifecycle processes for reporting and analytics solutions\nDevelop reporting databases using tools such as Excel, Access, SQL/.NET, and ERP-integrated systems\nProduce documentation including architecture diagrams, process definitions, user instructions, and training materials\nConduct or oversee training for new and enhanced tools and processes\n\nData Analysis & Performance Reporting\n\nCollect, analyze, and report performance-related data\nApply statistical techniques for process and cost analysis\nIdentify cost reductions and efficiency improvements\nSupport planning, execution, and reporting of cost, schedule, and performance metrics\nProvide written analyses and recommendations for Government review and decision-making\n\nTechnical Documentation & Communication\n\nPrepare, review, and maintain process, technical, quality, systems, and user documentation\nWrite for technical and non-technical audiences\nGather and analyze product and system information to document new or changing capabilities\nDevelop innovative documentation methods such as video tutorials, demos, and digital guides\nCollaborate with teams to produce user guides, tutorials, training materials, and procedural documentation\n\nPreferred Skills\n\nExperience working with ERP systems and authoritative data sources\nFamiliarity with data modeling methodologies and statistical analysis techniques\nKnowledge of automation tools and workflow optimization\nExperience
