This critical role combines technical expertise with customer relationship management to drive adoption of Intel's advanced technology solutions, including our cutting-edge Advanced Packaging capabilities.\r\nWhat You'll Do\r\nCustomer Relationship Leadership\r\n\r\nServe as the primary customer interface, building trust and ensuring seamless communication throughout all engagement phases\r\nAct as the Voice of the Customer within Intel Foundry, advocating for customer priorities and expectations across all internal functions\r\n\r\nTechnical Consultation & Problem-Solving\r\n\r\nPartner directly with customers to understand packaging challenges and requirements\r\nProvide expert technical consultation on packaging solutions and processes\r\nConnect customers with Intel Foundry's technical experts for specialized insights\r\n\r\nCross-Functional Collaboration\r\n\r\nWork with Technology Development, Product Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, and Customer Engineering teams\r\nInfluence product and technology roadmaps through customer feedback and market insights\r\nCoordinate internal Intel resources to ensure customer success\r\n\r\nProgram Management & Execution\r\n\r\nDevelop and maintain comprehensive Statements of Work (SOW) documenting requirements, commitments, deliverables, and milestones\r\nManage complete customer engagement lifecycle from design award through high-volume manufacturing and end-of-life\r\nTrack commitments, action items, and escalations while monitoring risks and dependencies\r\nDrive resolution of qualification and delivery issues\r\n\r\nCommunication & Reporting\r\n\r\nProvide clear, regular status reports to customers and leadership\r\nFacilitate effective communication between technical and business stakeholders\r\n\r\nCore Competencies\r\n\r\nStrong communication skills\r\nAbility to navigate both technical and operational discussions effectively\r\nStrong problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities\r\nTalent for explaining complex technical concepts clearly and concisely\r\n\r\nQualifications\r\nThe Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position.
