This is not a data center, IT, computer repair, or computer hardware position.\n\nThe ideal candidate has at least 2 years of hands-on experience in mechanical assembly, electrical wiring, electromechanical assembly, HVAC, industrial equipment, heavy assembly, or a similar manufacturing environment.\n\nCandidates with experience assembling, installing, wiring, or servicing HVAC systems, refrigeration equipment, industrial machinery, electrical equipment, automotive systems, or other mechanical/electromechanical products are encouraged to apply.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nMechanical & Electrical Assembly\nAssemble mechanical components, subassemblies, and finished equipment according to work instructions, engineering drawings, diagrams, and bills of material (BOMs).\nInstall frames, panels, brackets, pumps, valves, piping, tubing, fittings, sensors, switches, and other mechanical components.\nPerform electrical assembly, including routing and securing wires, cables, and wire harnesses.\nInstall electrical connectors and components and perform basic wire termination.\nUse hand tools, power tools, drills, impact drivers, wrenches, sockets, torque tools, and other production equipment.\nMeasure and verify component placement using tape measures and basic measuring tools.\nFollow wiring diagrams, mechanical drawings, and visual work instructions.\nRotate through production stations and cross-train on different assembly processes as needed.\nTesting & Quality\nPerform basic functional testing, leak testing, continuity checks, and visual inspections.\nInspect assemblies for proper fit, alignment, wiring, connections, measurements, and overall workmanship.\nVerify correct parts and components are installed according to production requirements.\nIdentify defects, damaged components, loose connections, wiring issues, or other assembly concerns.\nCommunicate quality or production issues to Production Leads, Manufacturing Engineering, or Quality.\nComplete required production, inspection, and testing documentation accurately.\nSupport troubleshooting and rework when assembly or quality issues are identified.\nMaintain strong attention to detail and a quality-first approach throughout the assembly process.\nSafety & Production\nFollow company safety procedures, OSHA requirements, standard operating procedures, and required PPE.\nSafely operate hand tools, power tools, torque equipment, and other manufacturing equipment.\nMaintain a clean and organized workstation using 5S principles.\nFollow established production processes, quality standards, and work instructions.\nSupport changing production priorities and new product builds.\nImmediately report unsafe conditions, damaged equipment, quality concerns, or production issues.\nContribute ideas that improve safety, quality, efficiency, and workflow.\nRequired Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or GED.\n2+ years of hands-on mechanical assembly, electrical wiring, electromechanical assembly, HVAC, industrial equipment assembly, heavy assembly, or similar manufacturing/production experience.\nExperience using hand tools and power tools in a manufacturing, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, automotive, construction, or industrial environment.\nAbility to read and follow written work instructions, assembly drawings, diagrams, and bills of material (BOMs).\nAbility to accurately read a tape measure and use basic measuring tools.\nStrong mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving skills.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.\nAbility to identify incorrect parts, poor fit or alignment, loose connections, wiring issues, and other assembly concerns.\nAbility to perform repetitive hands-on assembly while maintaining quality and accuracy.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced production environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nExperience in one or more of the following areas is preferred:\n\nCommercial or residential HVAC assembly, installation, manufacturing, or service\nMechanical or electromechanical assembly\nElectrical wiring, cable routing, wire and walk for up to 8+ hours per shift.\nRegularly lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.\nFrequently bend, reach, kneel, squat, and perform overhead assembly work.\nSafely operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment.\nPerform repetitive mechanical and electrical assembly tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.\nWork around large mechanical equipment,
