The ideal candidate will deliver solutions that are technologically sound while maintaining an excellent functional understanding of the supported applications.Primary Responsibilities:\r\nComplete and oversee basic to complex systems analysis, design, and development.\r\nAct as an individual contributor on complex projects, maintaining a strong understanding of the supported application(s).\r\nDirect and monitor less experienced resources, coordinating development tasks on small to large scope projects.\r\nPrepare and manage the technical components of project plans.\r\nCollaborate with Development, Operations, and Technology staff in overall systems development from technical analysis to user acceptance testing.\r\nPrepare, review, and execute detailed test plans, including debugging.\r\nEvaluate complex interrelationships among programs, interfacing applications, and platforms.\r\nProvide consulting and leadership in implementing new information technologies to assist business units in meeting strategic objectives.\r\nPrepare and review thorough technical and functional specifications and systems documentation.\r\nRecommend new technology, policies, or processes to improve organizational efficiency.\r\nAdhere to risk and regulatory standards, policies, and controls.\r\nScope of Responsibilities:\r\nThe position works under the supervision of the Technology Team Lead, capable of independent work on high-level systems analysis and technical phases of development. The role includes managing activities of others on a project basis and may lead project activities, while interacting with senior management, technology personnel, clients, and vendors.Supervisory/Managerial Responsibilities:\r\nMay direct and monitor the activities of less experienced personnel.\r\nProvide performance feedback on assigned projects relative to staff abilities and effectiveness.\r\nEducation and Experience Required:\r\nMinimum of an Associate's degree and 5 years of systems analysis/application development experience, or a combined minimum of 7 years of higher education and/or work experience, including at least 5 years in systems analysis/application development.\r\nFamiliarity with application development software and hardware platforms.\r\nProficiency in project management, word processing, and spreadsheet software.\r\nExcellent problem-solving, communication, organizational, and time management skills.\r\nEducation and Experience Preferred:\r\nUnderstanding of the Bank's application framework.\r\nSubject matter expertise in the business with knowledge of the application/system being supported.\r\nAdvanced understanding of applications supported, with knowledge of interfacing/integrated applications.\r\nAbility to work both autonomously and as part of a team on complex projects.\r\nExcellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.CTG does not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies, or fee-based recruitment services for this role.To Apply:\r\nTo be considered, please apply directly to this requisition using the link provided.
