MDM Developer","description":"The Reltio MDM Developer is responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using the Reltio platform.\r\nThis role focuses on data modeling, integration, workflow configuration, and data quality management to ensure accurate, scalable, and reliable master data across enterprise systems.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nConfigure and support Reltio MDM solutions, including Reltio Integration Hub (RIH) and related integration components.\r\nDesign, implement, and maintain Reltio data models, relationships, and hierarchical structures.\r\nDevelop and manage data ingestion and integration pipelines using RIH and iPaaS tools such as Workato.\r\nConfigure and manage Data Change Request (DCR) workflows to support governed data updates and approvals.\r\nImplement and optimize match and merge rules to ensure accurate entity resolution.\r\nConfigure data quality rules to enforce validation, consistency, and data governance standards.\r\nDesign and support API-based and event-driven integrations using JSON payloads and queue-based processing mechanisms.\r\nCollaborate with UI/UX teams to support Reltio user interface customization and usability enhancements.\r\nAnalyze data issues, perform root cause analysis, and support data remediation efforts.\r\nWork closely with data architects, integration teams, and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with data governance and business requirements.\r\nSupport testing, deployment, and post-production issue resolution.\r\nRequired Qualifications\r\nHands-on experience with the Reltio MDM platform, including Reltio Integration Hub (RIH).\r\nStrong experience with RIH-based integrations and iPaaS tools such as Workato.\r\nExperience configuring Data Change Request (DCR) workflows in Reltio.\r\nSolid understanding of master data modeling, including entities, attributes, relationships, and hierarchies.\r\nExperience implementing match and merge rules and data quality rules within MDM environments.\r\nStrong experience with API-based integrations, JSON message formats, and queue-based processing.\r\nFamiliarity with UI/UX concepts related to Reltio configuration and usability.\r\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to data accuracy and consistency.\r\nAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical and business teams.\r\nPreferred Qualifications\r\nExperience supporting enterprise-scale MDM implementations.\r\nFamiliarity with data governance frameworks and best practices.\r\nExperience working in Agile or iterative delivery
