This is a full-time, on-site leadership role that combines front-office operations, patient financial coordination, team accountability, and exceptional customer service.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys leading people, creating structure, building relationships with patients, and keeping a clinic running smoothly and efficiently. The right candidate is detail-oriented, solution-focused, and able to confidently guide patients through scheduling, financial arrangements, and care plan coordination while supporting doctors and staff in daily operations.Responsibilities Leadership and Team Accountability Lead, manage, and hold accountable clinic staff and providersFoster a positive, professional, and productive work environmentSupport team development through communication, coaching, and problem-solvingAddress operational or staff concerns promptly and professionallyHelp maintain clinic systems, standards, and efficiencyClinic Operations & Facilities OversightOversee daily front-office operations and patient flowCoordinate with leadership regarding clinic needs, supplies, and facility maintenanceEnsure the clinic remains organized, professional, and patient-ready at all timesPatient Check-Out & ExperienceCheck out patients following appointments and ensure a seamless experienceClearly communicate treatment recommendations, care plans, and next stepsHelp patients feel informed, confident, and supported in their healthcare journeyDeliver exceptional customer service and build strong patient relationshipsScheduling & Care CoordinationSchedule future visits, consultations, and follow-up appointmentsCoordinate and map out patient care plansReschedule missed appointments and maintain accurate scheduling systemsHelp optimize provider schedules and clinic efficiencyFinancial Coordination & Administrative DutiesManage patient accounts and enter financial transactions accuratelyCollect payments for services, treatment plans, and retail productsExplain financial agreements and payment plan options confidently and professionallyVerify and interpret insurance benefits including BCBS, UHC/Optum, Aetna, and MedicareAssist patients with insurance-related questions and account balancesPrepare and reconcile daily financial reports, deposits, and collectionsCommunication & Office SupportAnswer incoming calls and assist patients with questions or scheduling needsCommunicate effectively with doctors regarding patient care plans and office operationsSupport office marketing efforts including workshops, events, and patient outreach initiativesPatient Engagement & RetentionSupport patient appreciation and recognition programsCollect testimonials, reviews, and patient feedbackEncourage participation in wellness workshops, events, and ongoing care programsHelp create an outstanding patient experience that drives retention and referralsReporting & Administrative TasksBalance and reconcile daily income and transactionsPrepare end-of-day reports and supporting documentationTrack patient visit metrics, collections, and office performance indicatorsParticipate in weekly reporting and team meetingsMaintain accurate and up-to-date patient account recordsQualificationsLeadership or office management experience preferredStrong communication and customer service skillsComfortable discussing finances, payment options, and treatment plans with patientsHighly organized with strong attention to detailAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentProfessional, dependable, and solution-oriented mindsetBasic computer, scheduling, and administrative skillsPrevious healthcare, chiropractic, medical office, or front desk experience preferredWhat We’re Looking ForA confident leader who can motivate and support a teamSomeone who thrives in a patient-facing environmentStrong accountability and follow-throughPositive, team-oriented attitudeReliable under pressure with excellent organizational skillsA proactive problem solver who takes ownership of clinic successBenefitsPaid time offHealthcare Benefits Chiropractic Care for Employee and Immediate family members 401(k) matchingOpportunities for advancementWork Location: In person – Columbia, SC
